This past week was amazing. So many of you showed up to yoga, bootcamp, and small group classes! We are excited to see the commitment and energy you bring.

  1. The hip opener work (pigeon prep, etc) was SUCH a challenge, but it was great. I also really enjoyed the fast corework sequences of downward dog and plank! The work during class was finding that discomfort, but the results afterwards felt sore but amazing. Challenging myself in a group of friends who are also facing same issues, sometimes laughing, sometimes moaning, but all working ourselves together was so wonderful.

    1. Jana, thanks for the feedback. I, too, find hip openers challenging. There’s a physical component in these poses that seems to help release emotional stress and tension.

      Both Maribel and I are so thrilled to see this small but amazingly caring community emerge. I love your description. We are constantly reminded that the outer work of staying healthy or recovering health is not just about moving the body. It is intricately tied to love and expanding our hearts.
