Yoga is more than physical poses. There’s a misconception that yoga involves difficult poses. In fact, the poses or asanas are not what’s important about yoga. They are meant as a help to draw us back into our hearts and what is truly matters. In this short sequence we use the support of a chair to establish a flow and move with the breath. This sequence helps us unwind tension in the neck, shoulders, and back. Enjoy and join us onĀ Monday and Thursday from 7-8:15 PM for community based yoga. Invite a friend.
