Yoga and heart health?

Hi everyone. How are you doing this afternoon?

I just finished teaching and starting to prep for tonight’s yoga session. I love ending the day practicing with you.

If you are looking for some motivation to get you on your mat, take a look at recent research regarding the benefits of stretching on the cardiovascular system.

Although we may not get our hearts pumping very fast while we practice every Monday and Thursday night, stretching the body and breath control impact much more than just the muscles and fascia being stretched. The body is a unified expression of life. All is connected. Yoga’s benefits are innumerable.

I look forward to seeing you there. If you can’t make it, I’ll record the session and post it once I process the video.Don’t forget to invite a friend.

Your patronage keeps the class open for everyone.

See you in a little bit.

What is possible?

All these years later, now in my deep middle age, my body is a little more achy, but not surprisingly, I’m a little… Continue reading What is possible?
