Yoga Share from June 19

Do what you can to come back to yourself, your heart, your body. Yoga practice is like the breadcrumbs in the forest leading us back home.

This is was the Friday yoga share for June 19. These sessions started as an effort to serve the FIU community. The flows are slow and meditative. In this session, several of the yogis in the Zoom room mentioned having sat for a good part of the day. We started standing to energize and ground all at once.
