Yoga Tonight

Good afternoon, everyone. When I finished working with my college students this afternoon, I felt pretty tired and ready for a nap. The tiredness was not coming from the work but the emotional wear and tear of the crisis. Thankfully, I ate a snack and went outside and suddenly felt so much better.

How about you? How are you working with the stress of the crisis? 

If you can, take some outdoor breaks. Look at the beautiful sky–no matter if it’s overcast or clear blue. 

Another thing you might try is yoga. We’re offering yoga tonight at 7 PM. I hope you consider participating. Like taking a little outside break, the class is intended to create a sense of openness and possibility, even and especially during a time we might want to crawl under a rock and waited it out.
